Breakfast was really wonderful. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet.

Good value overall. Decent location even if parking next to the hotel can be a bit complicated (multi-level parking with few available spots).

The room was just the right size for one person! The heat was on before I even got to the room which was a huge plus after walking to the hotel in the snow! The tub was the perfect size for a nice bath :)

The hotel is next to Yokote station, so we only had to wheel our luggage for around 5 minutes between the train station and the hotel. The location of this hotel is also good if you are intending to visit the Yokote Kamakura Festival in February. The toilet looks renovated, and appears to be newer than the room. This hotel offers complimentary use of the onsen at yuuyuu plaza, which is located in the nearby partner hotel (around 5 minutes walk down a straight path outdoors in the snow).

The staff were friendly and spoke english. Beds were comfortable. Good location for train station, bars and restaurants.

It was right next to the train station, so getting in and out was very easy. And there was daily housekeeping.
